Refund and Cancellation policy


KLP Consulting & Services (“KLP”) provides webinars, consultations, in-contact training and professional advisory services. By registering and making payment, you agree to the terms below:

1. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.

  • Refunds will only be issued back to the same card or bank account used for the original payment.

2.  Refunds & Cancellations- Live Webinars

a)If you cancel 

   i) 7 or more business days before the webinar you will receive: 

  • A refund minus 10% administration fee

    OR

  • 100% credit to attend the same webinar on another date.

   ii)  Less than 7 business days before the webinar

  • No cash refund, and


  • 100% credit will be issued to attend the same webinar on the next scheduled date


  • If you do not attend the next scheduled webinar for which the credit was issued: 


    • - The full amount paid is forfeited, and 

    • -No further transfer, credit, or refund will be offered.

b) Non-attendance on the day

  • No refund and no credit, because a seat was reserved for you.

3. Recorded Webinars / Digital Products

  • Once access is granted, the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.

4. In-Contact / Physical Training

  1. If you cancel:

       i)  10 or more business days before training, you will receive: 

​-Full refund or free transfer to the next scheduled training.

ii) Less than 10 business days before training

    • -A 100% cancellation fee applies.

      (This means the full training fee you paid is forfeited.)

b. ​Non-attendance

  • 100% cancellation fee applies.

    (The full training fee is forfeited.)

Delegate substitutions are allowed free of charge up to 48 hours before training.

5. Consultations & Advisory Services

a. Cancellation 24 hours or more before the appointment

    • -The client will receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee


    • OR


    • -The client may choose one free reschedule instead of a refund.

b. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment

    • -No refund will be issued.


    • -Client may reschedule once free of charge.


    • -If the client cancels again or does not attend the rescheduled session, the client will receive: 


      • - a refund minus a 20% administration fee

c)Non-attendance 

    • -100% of the consultation fee is forfeited.


    • -No reschedule and no refund will be offered.

6. Cancellations by KLP 

If KLP cancels due to low enrolment, trainer illness, or operational issues:

  • You may choose a new date, or


  • Receive a full refund of the amount you paid.

8. Force Majeure

If KLP is unable to deliver the webinar, training or consultation due to circumstances outside its control (such as internet outages, power failure, illness, national disruptions, severe weather, or any other force majeure event), KLP will:

  • Reschedule the session to the next available date, and


  • Clients will not be entitled to a refund, as the service will still be delivered on the new date.


  • If KLP is unable to provide a new date within a reasonable timeframe, clients will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
